These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Xanatomy, including AI automation, SaaS solutions, custom software, website, and mobile application development. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Services Overview
Xanatomy offers AI automation, SaaS platforms, custom software development, and web/mobile application development. All services are provided based on agreed project requirements and scope discussed before project initiation.
2. Project Initiation
A project may begin after an initial advance payment, which is mandatory. This confirms the commitment from the client side. Any additional features or changes requested after approval may lead to revised pricing and updated timelines.
3. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and depend on the scope, complexity, and requirements of the project. In some cases, Xanatomy may require additional time to complete the project based on technical challenges, revisions, or evolving requirements. Delays caused due to incomplete inputs, late responses, or changes from the client side are not the responsibility of Xanatomy.
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per agreed milestones or invoice terms. Xanatomy reserves the right to pause or delay work in case of late or incomplete payments. Final delivery, including source code or deployment, will only be completed after full payment is received.
5. Ownership Rights
Ownership of the final product is transferred to the client only after full payment is completed. Until then, all code, designs, and assets remain the property of Xanatomy. Xanatomy reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, necessary materials, credentials, and timely approvals. Proper communication must be maintained throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party tools, APIs, or platforms. Xanatomy is not responsible for any downtime, errors, or changes related to these external services.
8. Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to use the delivered solutions for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes. Unauthorized access, misuse, or resale beyond agreed terms is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Xanatomy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance after project delivery.
10. Termination
Xanatomy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated, payments are not completed, or services are misused.
11. Updates
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
